This is my story:

All these years of experience, I learned something fundamental: the true value of a hotel is not only in its facilities, but in its human team. The ability to transmit, to connect with the guests and make them feel welcome, mark the difference between a service and an unforgettable experience.

Hace más de veinte años, comencé mi camino en el sector turístico.

Mi primer trabajo en un hotel fue en la recepción, un lugar donde cada día se vive a un ritmo diferente, lleno de historias y momentos únicos.

Over the years, I grew in the sector, occupying a variety of positions within the department to arrive at the address.

Today, with all this experience in tow, I decided to devote myself to what motivates me most: to train and advise reception equipment in hotels to provide a professional service and close, improving the guest experience and increasing the profitability of the business.

Viajar nos abre la mente, nos enseña a descubrir y sobre todo nos enseña a vivir la vida intensamente. Es por ello que me apasiona mi trabajo, disfruto de que cada día sea diferente, de estar en contacto continuamente con muchísima gente, de formar parte de buenos recuerdos que se lleva el cliente y sobre todo, disfruto del momento en que me dan las gracias por haber hecho bien mi trabajo, ese es el mejor regalo que me llevo a casa.

About me:

Me encanta leer y pasear con mi perra Yerach, a quien quiero y cuido como a una hija. Adoro ver pelis, viajar en autocaravana y «mochilear» junto a mi hermano.

He vivido por trabajo en Argentina, Reino Unido, Italia, Noruega y Portugal. Hablo varios idiomas y tengo facilidad para adaptarme a distintos entornos culturales y profesionales.

I really enjoy the company of my friends, taking something and, like a good “Italian”, taste any of the dishes prepared, “my mom”.

Me gusta hacer deportes (una pasión que heredé de mi padre); creo que es la base del equilibrio mental —ya se sabe: mens sana in corpore sano.
